A healthy relationship between the superior and the subordinate is a successor to a productive and not fortunate work. But apparently, in our country, bureaucratic reports are not yet where it is.
According to the Quality of Life Survey, drafted by the European Commission, about 51% of the respondents in Albania responded that they evaluate supranational relations as very tense, about 34% feel somewhat tense and only 16% said that among them no tension. While divided by age groups, at a very high percentage (about 55%) young people between the ages of 18 and 24 have expressed that the relationship between the superior and the subordinate is very tense. As for other age groups, the percentage has been lower. Also, low-income individuals have responded to a high percentage that supranational dependencies are very tense.
Albanians have assessed supreme relations as the most tense in Europe. In European Union countries, the percentage in question is 24%, less than half of respondents in Albania. Meanwhile, 59% rated the reports as somewhat tense. In Europe, the lowest percentage is Denmark, with only 4% of respondents, along with Finland and Sweden, respectively 11%. While with the highest percentage, Hungary and Croatia are rated.
In the countries of the region it is noted that the proportion of people who value employment relationships and employers as tense is relatively high, exceeding the European average. After Albania, the country with the highest percentage is Macedonia with 47% and Serbia with 43%. While the lowest rate is estimated to be in Montenegro and Turkey, respectively 30%.
