All of the above responses are: CONSUMER FOODS GREEN. They are rich in nutritional value (can google-oni and you will find unlimited supplies), anti-oxidants vitamins and minerals. Included in all healthy diets, and when I say dieting, I'm not talking about dieting, but eating healthy eating habits. The less you cook, the more nutritional value you gain.
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
1 Burrata
250gr salad mix (green salad and rucola)
2 green peppers
1 green herd cloves (asparagus)
1 green squash cut into thin slices
10-15 bunches of small broccoli
10-15 bamje
10-15 beans (small beans)
2 celery branches
3 foliage leaves
2-3 green onions
1 green lemon (lime)
Olive oil
salt
Black pepper
2 hudhren baskets
A few freshly ground minced ginger
Toasted bread
Preparation:
Clean all the vegetables in running water and prepare to put them on a drying board with kitchen paper. Place the first sprats, who want delicacy in cooking, so that they are not damaged. Enrich with salt, black pepper and olive oil and do the same with all the other vegetables.
Place on the dish where you will serve the mixe salad, put the fish on top and gradually add all the grilled greens by creating an aesthetic composition.
