In England, four men were arrested after attacking acid a three year old boy. Police forces say the boy was deliberately targeted by the attackers.
The three-year-old was sent to the hospital with serious burns on his arms and face. Right now it's home, but authorities say the attack will have a long-term impact on his life.
It is still unclear in the substance was acid, or another abrasive.
The boy was attacked at a home decoration store in Worcester, West Virginia. The boy was in the carriage when the incident occurred.
On Sunday, a 39-year-old was arrested on suspicion of having conspired to inflict bodily harm. Three other men, 22, 25, and 26, were arrested on the same counts on Monday. Nobody's name has been made known.
Investigators say they have not yet discovered the cause behind the attack.
