The news was announced via the official Instagram account, which confirmed that Judge Caprio had passed away after a battle with pancreatic cancer. The announcement remembered him for his love, humor, and unwavering belief in the goodness of people.
His son, David Caprio, thanked all followers for their love and support, inviting them to honor their father's memory through a gesture of kindness:
