Fatma Methasani made a post on Instastory, which could be a sting for her ex-husband, Alfio.

The photo could be totally a coincidence and Fatma simply liked the expression, or related to Alfio's confession in "BBVA 3", where he said that he "suffered like an animal" the separation from Fatma.
