During his speech, Edi Rama, among other things, said that the Minister of Interior, Sander Lleshaj has asked to resign from the post of Minister.
Rama said that Lleshaj resigned, but it was the prime minister who asked him to continue in office at least until he returned from the US.
"I told him to wait for me to come back because I wanted to look him in the eye, hear him and be with him, at the moment of this important step and I am very proud of the sense of civic responsibility and the moral quota with which he measures himself and his duty Sander Lleshaj.
