Emmanuel Macron declared that any attempt by Israel to annex the West Bank would be a "red line" for the US and would mark the end of the Abraham Accords.

He said that Donald Trump had assured him that such a step would ruin the normalization of relations between Israel and Arab countries.

Macron stressed that now is the time for the US, Europe and Arab states to put pressure on Israel to preserve the chance of a two-state solution.

Aalborg Airport in Denmark was temporarily closed after drones were reported in the airspace, just two days after a similar incident at Copenhagen Airport.

Police are investigating further, while several flights were diverted, but stressed that there is no risk to passengers or residents.

A study published in the Lancet warns that cancer deaths worldwide are expected to increase by almost 75 percent by 2050, reaching 18.6 million cases, while new cases are expected to reach 30.5 million.

The main causes are related to aging and population growth, but also to modifiable factors such as smoking, unhealthy diet, obesity, and pollution.

According to the authors, low-income countries will be hit hardest, accounting for over half of new cases and two-thirds of deaths, so better access to diagnosis and treatment is urgently needed.
