It's called "Bord For En" and is located in Värmland, about 350 kilometers from Stockholm, Sweden. The wooden table, on top of which is a white ice cover, is located in a lush meadow. There is only room for one person.
"For For En" will open on May 10 by Rasmus Persson and Linda Karlsson. The promise and purpose of the restaurant is not to interact with others. Eating at "For For En" is an individual experience that is intended to be enjoyed in "isolation".
The goal of Rasmus and Linda is not to make money. They will not allow travelers to observe guests. They will even practice "eat now, pay when you want".
The menu will include typical Swedish dishes, such as smetana (a type of sour cream), mashed carrots and ginger and croquettes with cornbread. As a drink, strawberry and flower juices will be served without alcohol.
