Kourtney Kardashian is spending less and less time with her TV clan and according to sources close to her, she has never been happier since breaking away from the Kardashian-Jenner family lifestyle.
According to sources, Kris Jenner's eldest daughter has chosen a different path from her sisters.
"Kourtney has been distancing herself for a long time and thinks it's better this way," a source tells the media.
"She thinks the fame game has gotten out of control and she's no longer interested in being part of this circus."
At this point in her life, the source says that Kourtney, 46, looks with some disapproval at the way Kim Kardashian, 44, and Kylie Jenner, 28, try to get attention on social media, often "half-naked" for attention.
“It seems vulgar.”
Married for three years to Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, and mother of a little boy, Rocky, who was born in November 2023, Kourtney seems to have found the peace she was looking for. She is also mother to Mason (15), Penelope (13) and Reign (10), from her relationship with ex-partner Scott Disick.
"She has embraced a much simpler and more balanced lifestyle," the source adds.
Today, her priority is family and not Instagram filters.
"She no longer cares about how she looks on social media. She even believes that her sisters would be happier if they followed her example," the source says.
In Kourtney's eyes, her family no longer needs more money, but needs to live a real life.
Her absence was recently noticeable at the luxurious wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez in Venice, Italy, where her mother Kris, as well as Kim and Khloé Kardashian, were present.
"She thought they looked ridiculous trying to stand out at that star-studded event," the source adds.
"They're always filming, preparing to film, or editing what they've filmed. It's a never-ending cycle of narcissism. Kourtney is tired of it and can't take it anymore."
That's why she decided to step down from the series 'The Kardashians' because, as the source says, "she has more important things to do with her time."
