Kate Middleton has surprised the public with a new look, this time, blonder than ever before. The Princess of Wales, 43, appeared with a golden shade of her hair during a rare outing with Prince William and their children near Balmoral in Scotland.
On August 24, Kate was photographed driving home from a church service at Crathie Kirk, near the royal residence Balmoral Castle. In the images captured by cameras, she is seen with her chestnut hair highlighted in a warm golden tone, a clear change from her usual look.
Her hair was in soft waves and accessorized with an elegant hat as she smiled slightly in the passenger seat, with William at the wheel. In the back seats, their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
This change in appearance comes after her last public appearance at Wimbledon in July, where she sported noticeably darker hair. The latest change is a slight departure from the classic brown color that Kate has favored over the years, but not unexpected: the princess has previously experimented with lighter tones, such as in 2019 and briefly tried lobs in 2023.
