57-year-old actress Julia Roberts has changed her 'look', adapting to the role of her new film, "After the Hunt", which is expected to be released in October 2025. In the trailer, Julia appears with short, wavy blonde hair, quite different from her classic, long, wavy hair with a middle parting.
In this psychological thriller from Amazon MGM, Julia stars alongside Ayo Edebiri (The Bear) and Andrew Garfield (The Amazing Spider-Man). Roberts plays a college teacher who faces a difficult situation when her best student (Ayo) makes accusations against a colleague (Andrew), while also hiding a dark secret of her own.
Her transformation into a blonde in this film has surprised fans, as she is known for her signature style over the years. In fact, in 2024, she spoke about this very thing in an interview.
During a conversation with screenwriter Richard Curtis, she revealed that the secret to her looks lies in "good genes" and "living a life filled with meaning."
Roberts, who is the mother of 20-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, as well as son Henry, 17, with husband Danny Moder, added that love is one of the main reasons that contributes to her happiness as a woman.
"I believe my husband loves and cares for me in a way that makes me feel deeply happy. And when you see someone happy, it doesn't matter how old they are."
