One of the most successful salespeople at the Tom Ford boutique in Miami claims that his boss offered a select group of VIP clients sexual favors in the fitting rooms, on-demand photos of her private parts, and even offered threesomes with other employees when she saw that customers were showing interest in other competing stores.

He filed a complaint with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), claiming that even though he had complained to the company where he worked, no one had responded.
According to the complaint, obtained by Page Six, the employee alleges that around 2020, the manager began telling him about her affairs and confided in him about relationships with several very wealthy clients, including a wealthy film director, referred to in the document as Mr. B.
He said she then began involving him in her relationship, asking him to "guard the door" while she was with the "client" in the fitting room, and even asking him to distract his wife by showing her some makeup products in the store.
According to him, the only reason he was accepting this situation was because he did not want to lose his job position.
He said that the manager later became concerned when another powerful businessman was starting to lose interest in the brand.
"One day, when I was in the store, (the manager) told me that he wanted to have a threesome with me," he claims in the documents, adding that keeping that customer depended on his response.

In October, the employee filed a complaint against Tom Ford Fashion, claiming that he reported the manager's behavior, but the company initially "did nothing for months," then retaliated against him and ultimately fired the manager.
Through a statement, a representative for "Tom Ford Fashion" denied the allegations.
