Finally, after 2 years filled with news, relationships, breakups and hopes for a reunion on the part of Kanye, the much talked about divorce of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has been finalized.
In addition to the child support that will benefit Kim from her ex-husband, a concern that the former couple will face is the division of the extraordinary number of their properties.
There are exactly 21 magnificent properties, for which Kim and Kanye have prepared a literal plan, which looks more or less like this:
Kim will get a large number of properties in the "Hidden Hills", including the giant house where she lives with the children her home in Riverside, Malibu and Idaho.
Kanye will get 300 acres in Calabasas, homes in Malibu, Hidden Hills and Thousand Oaks. The rapper will also receive property and land in Wyoming, his childhood home in Chicago.
A source told People that Kim "didn't want the divorce to go to trial" and that "Kanye ended up agreeing to most of the things that he opposed in the past."
"Even though Kim and Kanye share custody, Kim is the primary caregiver," the source added. "They agreed that Kanye should talk to Kim privately about any complaints and not make any public statements. She wants the kids to be protected and hopes that from now on, co-parenting will be a little easier."
