Sam Asghari's divorce from singer Britney Spears caused quite a stir in the world media. But it seems that their case is not the typical separation with a bitter aftertaste and for which bile is drawn from all sides for months and months. At least not from the partner's side!
This is the case of Britney Spears' ex who says he will never speak ill of the artist, even after their split.
In an interview with People, Asghari insisted on his idea, even though he was the one who ended the relationship with Spears.
"I've always hated people who leave a relationship, who swore their love, had a great time, and after they break up talk bad about each other," he said.
"That's something I will never do because I had nothing but a great experience with Spears. She will always be a part of me, a chapter of my life," he continued.
He considers his previous relationship with the pop star simply a "blessing".
Britney and Sam met for the first time in 2016, during the collaboration for the music video for the song "Slumber Party". The "Toxic" singer and Sam married in June 2022, but separated after 14 months.
Asghar was the one who filed for divorce from the singer in August of last year, stating that some irreconcilable changes in the relationship between the two had led to the separation.
