Yesterday, starting from one of the 8 student protest requests, Inbox Anabel Magazine on Facebook, came a few photo messages and relevant information on the conditions in the dormitories in the capital. Here are some of them.
"I have 5 years living in the Student City and I pay 450,000 ALL for 10 months of contract. I lived in the same building and in the same room. No change and no improvement in conditions occurred in 5 years.
In the room I struggled to have no lack of life and I bought myself the fridge, heating and heating resistance anything else needed.
The showers are open at 8am to 8pm, but are set by daylight hours. Bathing conditions are not good, but at least they clean us twice a day. The most difficult of life sometimes makes the arrogance of the guardian and other employees, but the economic inability forcing us to live here. "
"Medical dorms [photo below]: There is no heat and we are 4 in the room. On the ground floor are 14 rooms, and only 3 toilets.
The showers are on the first floor; has 6 showers for the entire dormitory and are on schedule from 6 pm to 9 pm. For clarification: 28 rooms on the floor, 14 on one side, and 14 on the other. "

It is about the HMP Addiewell Prison, located between major cities such as Edinburgh and Glasgow. It gives you the impression that you are on a ferry, but in fact this environment is simply a common prison room. It serves mostly as a rehabilitation center where offenders can deal with criminal behaviors and improve them.
