In a special episode of "The Dalina Show" , Dalina Buzi brings for the first time on the Albanian screen a story that takes you into the world of the unexplained. Invited to the conversation from San Diego, California, was Zana Paradise Gjergji, an Albanian who has been working in the field of the paranormal for 25 years, with rare gifts that, according to her, have followed her since childhood.
Zana is the daughter of the renowned Albanian lyrical folk music artist, Pjetër Gjergji, and the granddaughter of the prominent patriot and patriot Hil Mosi. She has lived in the United States of America for 35 years, is married to an Italian man, and is the mother of three children.
But, beyond the biography that resembles a beautiful novel, Zana publicly confesses for the first time about her gifts related to the spiritual world and predicting the future.
"I've been living with these gifts since I was 7 years old. I've been working in this field for 25 years, the paranormal. At the age of 7, certain images would come to my mind, taking me away from the moment of life. As a child, I would say 'what is this?'. Until the age of 10, beautiful images like advertising pieces would come to me."
She remembers with a kind of supernatural clarity the moment when her gift first took the form of a tragic warning, the death of her father, the well-known artist.
"I had an image of my father at the end of the night and I told my mother, 'Dad is going to die.' I saw his body telling me that 'I'm going to leave.' I went to school, I met my father in the morning, only that day he didn't have the strength to lift me in his arms. They sent me away to my aunt's for 2 weeks and when I returned home I saw the signs of the announcement letter, I realized that my father had died.
"I told my mother that my father would die at the end of the week. He fell into a coma and died on September 21, 1978. He did not suffer from any illness except asthma, as a singer he was."
The same profound and inexplicable experience happened to his grandmother, Hil Mos's wife, who was more than a second mother to Zana.
"With my grandmother, it happened even more clearly because I was 18 years old. It was March 31, 1986. She died on Tuesday, and on Thursday a week before, I saw clearly that on Tuesday at 2:15 she would leave."
But she hadn't been talking lately, she was 92 years old, age, illness. On Tuesday I told my choreographer to let me go home because my grandmother was going to die. As soon as I entered the door at 2 o'clock, my grandmother, who hadn't spoken for a week, shouted 'Fairy!' from the second floor to the first and let out a cry because she was giving up her life. I had my grandmother as a second mother, a very good mother, very perfect."
For Zana, messages from the "other world" are not imagination. They are a type of spiritual information that comes to her directly, through a channel that she describes with clarity:
"They are a kind of telepathy that comes from the spirit world and passes through the third eye. There you have to work with that message. There the brain works with pictures. This message that comes to me as a warning is a message that I need to know. They warn you about things that are going to happen. Even when I was a student, all my friends knew about my gift."
Zana Paradise Gjergji did not seek to convince skeptics. She recounted, with a deep and sincere calm, a life divided between reality and the other world, where messages come as invisible but strong instructions.
