Starting today, the capital offers a special market for used clothes. The Municipality made its inauguration today, which is said to be aimed at promoting self-employment and the trade of the Roma and Egyptian community.
The market is located in Shkoza, has 103 locations and in the first year of trade, there will be no public space tax for all traders.
