A Chicago court has convicted R. Kelly of several more counts of child pornography and sexual abuse, dealing another legal blow to the singer who was once one of the biggest R&B stars in the world.
He was found guilty of multiple counts of child pornography and enticing underage girls to have sex with him.
In Chicago, a conviction on just one count of child pornography carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years.
In June, Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison on racketeering and prostitution charges. Based on this sentence, the 55-year-old will not be eligible for parole until he is about 80 years old.
Kelly also faces various charges in Illinois and Minnesota.
