These dishes come with a hefty price tag, like $1,250 a plate, and are followed by jokes, such as Margot's (Anna Taylor-Joy), who says, “What are we eating? A Rolex?”.
The banter, irony and wit of the characters is fantastic, and Ana Taylor-Joy's skepticism masterfully conveys the disbelief and satire of class divisions.
