His evening in Milan wasn't just about music. From the stage of the Assago Forum, Fedez surprised the audience by sending a peace signal to his ex-wife, Chiara Ferragni.
"It's been 10 years since my first concert here and 6 since the last time. It's a nice feeling to be back home," he said excitedly, before touching on a sensitive topic: his relationship with Ferragni.
In the middle of the performance, after the song "Allucinazione collettiva" (where he recounted very dark periods, including the moments after Sanremo when Ferragni kicked him out of the house after kissing Rosa Chemical), the rapper stopped and spoke about Chiara:
"Our paths continue, but history is not erased. I will never deny a bond that has given us our wonderful children. It will remain unbreakable, because there are invisible bonds that never fade."
A statement that no one expected, especially after months of silence and public controversy. Ironically, just a few days earlier the two had been seen in front of the children's school, together with their new partners, a meeting that was widely commented on in the Italian media.
Fedez has another concert in Milan and it remains to be seen if another message for Ferragni will come from the stage... or if this was the only "peace sign".
