Long stay at home, lack of physical activity, and reduced social intercourse have obvious consequences on our body and mind.

Lack of walking or other physical activity greatly affects our mental health.

Remember to exercise and eat well at the same time to strengthen your immunity and feel energized. In terms of improving your mood, consider virtual communication. Video calls and messages will make you feel better.
