Drake fans in Sydney, Australia, were hoping he would be generous at his latest concert. Drake is no stranger to financially blessing fans in need at his shows, and it seems they are taking advantage of his style.
In a new photo circulating online, Drake is seen on stage in front of a crowd in Australia on his “Anita Max Win” tour. Several fans in the crowd are seen holding signs with several reasons they believe Drake should give them money.
Some of these reasons included a vet bill, a bachelorette party in Ibiza, a Birkin for someone's mother, a trip to Greece, and more.
While social media users agree that the photo is 'unfortunate', it paid off for at least one attendee, who was awarded $30,000 and VIP seats at the concert.
The lucky winner of the concert in question was Tiana Henderson, who held up a sign telling Drake that she was 20 weeks pregnant. Shortly after, Henderson and her friend were escorted to the VIP area for the rest of the performance. However, this isn't the first time a fan of his has gotten lucky.
During a show in Perth earlier this month, the Canadian rapper picked two random people from the crowd and decided to give them $20,000 each. "I don't know where you've been in your life... This is what we do here in Perth," he explained at the time.
"You have to show love. You see, nights like these we can never take for granted. There are 14,000 people inside a building and we are all here safe."
So, if you supported Kendrick Lamar in the famous diss between these two artists, you might have to put your pride aside a bit next time and book a ticket to a Drake concert. Who knows what you might win at the end of it. ;)
