Rocket attacks in the city of Kharkiv have resulted in the death of several civilians, while the International Criminal Court will launch an investigation into possible war crimes.

· At least nine people were killed, including three children and 37 injured within a day of the Kharkiv bombing, the city mayor said.

· Talks between Ukraine and Russia that took place on the border with Belarus on Monday morning ended without any progress. Both sides agreed to continue negotiations and a second round of talks could take place in the coming days.
