In a published conversation with Blendi Fevziu, Elton Ilirjani spoke about Parashqevi Simaku's current condition, stating that it is deteriorating:
"Parashqevi Simaku risks returning to where she was, homeless! Parashqevi is in the most difficult situation, because 11 months have passed and there is no improvement."
Further, he added that Parashqevia is alone and without medical assistance:
"She doesn't even take medication, she left the hospital, she's not well. A person who stays at home all day, has no motivation, who says 'artificial intelligence broke me up'. She is broken but doesn't admit that she is broken up. Apart from the GoFund 11 months ago, she hasn't received any other help."
And finally, Ilirjani expressed that he thinks that Parashqevija needs the help of the Albanian state to start a new life in his homeland:
"I think my help has been maximum, speaking with people who have offered houses here in Kavaja, what she needs is the help of the Albanian state, to make it possible for her to go and get treatment and get the papers, get an American ID, get an Albanian ID, someone to come and deal with this lady."
