Elon Musk has asked Twitter users whether he should step down as CEO, promising to stick to the poll results.
Musk took the role of CEO in late October after firing a slew of senior executives and disbanding the board of directors. Within minutes of the poll being posted, more than a million people voted.
Should I step down as head of Twitter? I will abide by the results of this poll.

Musk responded to a claim that he had already chosen a new CEO, saying: “Nobody wants a job that can keep Twitter alive. There are no descendants."
"Who would take over a company that was knocking on the door of bankruptcy and would be heavily criticized for every move it made?" someone writes. "I think he wants out of Twitter because it's causing losses at Tesla and SpaceX," says another.
