Typically, wine-inspired manicures have a dark feel, from the almost black shade of merlot to the berry-toned burgundy. But this summer, another trend will steal your heart: sparkling rosé nails, nails that look like they've been dipped in a chilled glass of champagne in the midday sun.

Pink for nails is nothing new. We've seen it explode as a trend through "rose water nails," but rosé nails bring a more luxurious, glitzy touch.

If you liked "princess" nails, this is the more grown-up and delicate version of them.

What are rosé nails?

A perfect mix of nude tones and pale pink with a little shine that gives nails a healthy look, with a soft glow and undeniable elegance. Even if you do your manicure yourself at home, this trend makes you look like you just stepped out of a luxury salon. 

How to achieve the look at home:

-Shape your nails by cutting them straight and rounding the sides with a file.

-Apply a nude or light pink base.

-Apply a light layer of glitter on top, preferably with reflections that mimic rosé bubbles.

-If you use gel, you can play with the "cat-eye" effect for a more sophisticated look.
