Some tricks to not sweat as you walk out the door!
1. Avoid tight clothing
During hot summer days, stay away from tight pieces that stick to your body. Instead, wear loose-fitting clothes as you will feel more comfortable if the materials do not touch your skin. For example, instead of skinny jeans and sweatshirts, wear a long wide dress.
2. Do not use pads with fillings
Choose a pair of lightweight and possibly wireless annoying recipes.
3. Be careful with materials
It is not in vain that mothers have cotton as their favorite material, as it absorbs sweat better and allows it to dry faster.
4. Give up stones and teminat
Stones and temins stick to the skin and create you an annoying sensation. You can wear them in the evening, but they are not recommended for breakfast or lunch.
5. Scarf and hats
Strange as it may seem, a hand-thrown scarf will keep you fresh as it avoids sunlight. If you stay in the sun for too long, definitely wear hats.
6. Colors
Choose light shades (white, powder pink, nude, yellow, etc.) and avoid dark colors (black, blue, brown, cherry).
