It seemed that on the first night of the Song Festival at RTSH, everything went well, but we cannot say the same for Ronela. The singer, who won the Song Festival last year with "Sekret" seemed furious with the organisers, saying they are "hardly trying to make enemies out of nothing".
What happened?!
From the Instastory posted by the singer, it seemed as if everything was ready to perform the winning song on stage, but in fact Ronela did not perform until a few hours ago, in another post she writes:
"I have so much this soul and this mouth to speak, but I feel like I will take the risk that God will give me one day, for all that I deserve for so many years of work, tears, effort, passion great love for music. I wasn't invited to perform the winning song as it should be!"Sekret" got all the love it needed and for that I am grateful only to the audience here and abroad. The mediocre direction of the little skuthe actions by not even including me in the festival logo can't take away the success of the song. Shame on you?! Never! There is no vocabulary that can fit the disgust you have conveyed to me. All over the world only the media Albanians seek to make enemies out of nothing."
Apparently, Ronela's revolt and anger seems to be with the organizers of the show and the fact that she did not perform. Meanwhile, Anabel.al contacted the organizers of the Song Festival and is awaiting a statement.
In this edition of Fest 61, it has been decided that the representative song of Albania in Eurovision will be chosen by the public itself, through SMS votes. "Song Festival" continues broadcasting on December 20, 21, 22.
