Beyond everything beautiful that comes with the sweet reception, the most embarrassing part is the first trimex of pregnancy. The sensation of mixing, vomiting, etc. in most cases are inevitable, but can we minimize them?
Unfortunately the mechanism leading to the onset of mixing and vomiting in the first trimester of pregnant is complex and not entirely clear, so some of the severe forms of hyperemesis gragravarum cannot be resolved only with simple advice, but require complex treatment of preventing and re-balancing the pregnant woman.
As far as light or average situations as the main advice are concerned, the change in the way food is fed. Pregnant women should consume small but frequent meals, generally non-spicy, smellless and fat-free foods. Awakening should be accompanied by a biscuit or some toasted bread. Special care should be given to hydration, i.e. juice consumption, water, soup, fruit juice, etc.
Folic acid, B vitamin complexes or homeopathic preparations with extracts from the roots of the ginger are also used to improve the situation.
