Kim Kardashian seems to be fed up with the unpredictable actions of her ex-husband Kanye West.
Sources said she is considering changing her custody agreement with Kanye after he announced he would release a song featuring their eldest daughter North West and P. Diddy without her approval.
The "Kardashians" star is seriously considering taking the hip-hop star to court to have him stripped of joint legal custody of their children. Physical custody is reportedly not an issue since Kanye rarely sees his children and Kim wants them to have a good relationship with their father anyway.
The exes, who married in 2014, divorced in 2022 and agreed to joint physical and legal custody of their four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
Kim requested an emergency hearing with their lawyers, a mediator, and a judge after learning that he was planning to release a song featuring their eldest daughter, North, and P. Diddy. Although Kanye didn't show up for the meeting, he reportedly agreed not to release the song.
However, Kanye is not one to forget his habits and removed the song, adding a statement on X that men are the ones who "make the final decision." He also shared a heated text exchange between him and Kim, which made it clear that he didn't want their daughter involved with the imprisoned mogul in any way.
Amidst this information, Kim seems to be simply trying to do what is best for her children.
