Saranda Hoda, known as Sasa, a resident of "Big Brother VIP Kosova 4", has spoken in her life story about the rare disease she suffers from. With only 16 people worldwide sharing the same diagnosis, Sasa revealed the difficulties of living with a tumor in the blood vessels.
"When I was 8 years old and went to Italy for the first time, I realized that I couldn't be like other girls, I would have a defect in my body, but with the hope that I would recover quickly, but it lasted for years. My adolescence was terrible, the illness reached a stage that almost led me to death," Sasa began to narrate.
The moderator further explained that the risks of undergoing surgery were extremely high and it was difficult to find doctors who would undertake such an intervention.
"I remember very well when the doctor came and told me that we couldn't operate on you because your head was 90% at risk. I told my dad, 'Please don't let me die.'"
However, Sasa successfully underwent surgery in the abdominal area and is constantly under the care of doctors, undergoing monthly tests. The most painful part of the entire illness for her is the inability to become a mother:
"I had the wound open on my body for a year, bleeding from time to time. I live with the care of doctors. This disease has made it impossible for me to experience the most beautiful feeling in the world, being a mother. It touched me deeply because children are the thing I love most in the world."
