Since yesterday, the search continues in the Lala family, whose three-storey villa has collapsed completely in Kennet, Durres. The search dogs are located in the ruins of the villa, but nothing is known about the bodies of the family again.
The only one who managed to get him alive was 16-year-old Ramë Lala, who had long been in contact with the civil emergency forces. His sister, about 15 years old, Griselda Lala turns out to be missing. Rama and Griselda's mother was in Tirana during the heavy incident.
Missing Marjeta Lala, mother of four, is also missing. As of now, there is no information on her children, Emilio and twins Dionisa and Dionis. Marjeta's 6-year-old daughter, Amelia Lala, was found lifeless. Marjeta's husband was in Italy during the earthquake.
In addition to six-year-old Amelia, the other two victims of the family are elderly Sadete Lala and her paralyzed son, Illyria.
The health condition of 16-year-old Ramë Lala is stable.
Residents of the area claimed for journalist Dorjana Bezat that the Lala family went out after the first earthquake and then returned to their apartment and stayed on the second floor to make it easier to emerge in danger, as the first floor was uninhabitable only with columns. After the second earthquake, their home was tilted down and residents were said to be unable to get out because of the door lock. A few hours later, their home collapsed.
