According to the latest statistics, it seems that the Balkans are not doing physical activity at all and Albania is in the first place.
According to figures published by Eurostat and INSTAT, compiled by Minotor.al, Albanian women and men have the highest percentage in Europe of lack of physical activity.
Respectively 82% of women and 76% of men do no physical activity during the week.

To assess the level of aerobic exercise during a typical week, Albanian respondents were asked: In a normal week, do you do activities such as walking, biking, yoga, or other things that increase your breathing and heart rate?
In total, only 12% of girls and women aged 15-49 reported doing some form of aerobic exercise 5-7 times a week, 4% doing it 3 or 4 times a week, 3% doing it once or twice a week. and 82% do no aerobic exercise.
Regarding boys and men of the same age group, 11% exercise 5 to 7 times a week, 7% exercise 1 to 4 times a week and 76% do no aerobic exercise.

Data were collected by INSTAT for studies of the Institute of Public Health.
Referring to the Albanian cities, it seems that the most lazy is Durres, followed by Kukes and Shkodra. Tirana comes first, followed by Vlora and Elbasan.
