Alvin, born in Italy of Albanian citizenship, was not allowed to return home with his father when the latter went to visit him. His mother lost her life in an explosion and Alvin was injured in the leg. There are international interests on that ground of war, so there is attention from around the world on the fate of the people in that camp. , those running the camp told us that they could not keep the father who wanted to stay there, as people were killed by former ISIS fighters every day, but could not deliver the child, as there was a fixed procedure. a child born in Italy and raised in Italy, but with an Albanian passport, needed a representative from the Albanian state. Without this picture they would not give the child. We were told that there were similar cases. They had nothing to do with ISIS and they wanted to come back. They were back with a Danish government official and took the baby in 10 minutes. We didn't have this opportunity.
