Long ago, Klea Huta turned the gym into a lifestyle. In an interview with Rudina, she said that besides CrossFit - a fitness regime that consists of fast paced exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics, jumping and other exercises - attaches great importance to healthy meals.
Given this, she garnered one of the favorite meals. We start preparing vegetable soup.
Ingredients:
- 1 tomato grain
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- green spec
- Green onions
All ingredients allow to boil for a few minutes and then put in a blender to create a homogenous mass.
For salad, Klea preferred spinach, green onions, green salad, and then added nuts and almonds.
