Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will soon become parents for the fourth time as their child's surrogate mother is ready for the birth process.
Kim was supposed to be present at The Ellen DeGeneres Show to surprise Chris Jenner along with her children and Kourtney but could not. It was a surprise for Kris Jenner himself, who was unaware that the fourth child of the West was coming to life.

If you do not know, Kim and Kanye will become the parents of a boy whose name has not been discovered yet. In January, Kim said that "he is thinking of some Armenian names in honor of her origins" but has not yet been decided.
