The Blood Group diet was created by naturopathy Peter J. D'Adamo, who believes that consuming foods interact chemically with the bloodstream. What you can eat depends on the blood group. Here is what D'Adamo recommends.
Group 0: A diet rich in protein, chicken, fish and vegetables, and at the same time poor in dough, green beans and dairy. D'Adamo recommends vitamin supplements to correct stomach problems with people with blood group 0.
Group A: A vegetarian diet regime based on fruits and vegetables, green beans and legumes, and cereals - possibly organic and fresh because according to D'Adamo, people with blood group A have a sensitive immune system.
Group B: Avoid mistrust, wheat, buckwheat, lentils, tomatoes, peanuts and sesame seeds. Pula is also problematic, says D'Adamo. Encouraged fresh vegetables, eggs, some types of meat and dairy-free fat.
Group AB: Recommended foods include tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables. D'Adamo says people with AB blood group have low acidity in the stomach. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and processed meat.
