
The European Film Academy has included the well-known Albanian actress from Kosovo, Ilire Vinca, who has a wealthy career as an actress in film, theater and acting professor at the University of Prishtina.
The news was announced by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports in Kosovo, through an official statement.
"While borders divide us, art unites us regardless of race or gender, as are feelings and truth. I am honored to be a member of the European Film Academy, "said the actress.
Ilire Vinca also became known as the first actress to participate in the Berlinale with the film "Blood Forgiveness" in 2011, then with the film "Burrneshat" in 2015 again in Berlinale. Some of her latest films are "Zana", "Unforgettable Spring in the Forgotten Village", "Gardhi" and "Marriage".
The European Film Academy (EFA) was established in 1988 in Berlin, at the initiative of several European filmmakers.
