Bianca Censori will not face legal consequences for her completely transparent outfit during the 2025 Grammy Awards red carpet.
Sources from the Los Angeles Police Department told TMZ that no one in attendance at the Crypto.com Arena on Sunday night made any official complaints about the attire (or lack thereof) of Kanye West's wife.
Also, sources emphasized that the annual Grammy ceremony is a private event.
“While Ms. Censori’s attire certainly pushed the boundaries of provocation, a charge of indecent exposure in California requires an intentional exposure of genitalia with the specific intent to offend or arouse sexual arousal,” Los Angeles-based attorney Andrea Oguntula explained to Page Six.
“It is theoretically possible, but unlikely, that she would face any criminal prosecution for this incident,” she added, emphasizing that this would be in the hands of the prosecutor's office.
According to TMZ, both Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG Worldwide) and the Recording Academy had security staff present when West and the Censor arrived at the biggest music event of the year.
