We are active all the time on weekdays. Meetings, work, answering emails, kids, home, etc, etc. Being so busy it happens that we forget to eat what seems like the key meal, lunch.
Although we know for sure that we make a mistake when we forget to eat breakfast, does the same apply to lunch? This is up for debate. According to nutritionists, you should not avoid it as a meal, as through it you get the calories you need to continue the rest of the day. What you consumed in the morning has been spent with the work and energy given, therefore lunch becomes a necessary meal.
No matter how busy you are, take some time off from work to fuel up and function better for the remainder. In addition, it also serves as a time for you to relax mentally.
For those at home, lunch is a healthy model for children that brings the family together and orients the little ones to home, organic things and the idea of ??togetherness.
If you constantly avoid lunch, ask yourself why as it is not good to ignore the body's needs for too long. If it happens infrequently, it doesn't affect or turn into a problem - your body will simply have less power and energy to spend.
Need another reason not to forget lunch? By doing so, you are more likely to wake up at night and abuse simply because ~your body wants to be fed~. You don't need those calories, so watch out! Better respect the main meals.
