6 breakfast habits that will make you feel like your life is going well

1. Set the alarm, but in an hour

Take an old clock you have at home and use it every morning to wake up. We know you have it simpler with phones, but as you try to turn off the alarm you will face without opening your eyes well with emails, notifications or messages that will load you. Start the day by taking things in turn as this will make you feel like you have things under control. 

2. Practice gratitude for 30 seconds

You will do well to wake up and repeat to yourself, "I'm here again. Blessed is my bed, and I'll wake up to have a hearty breakfast." 

Be present, live with reality and things around you. Even if you have the most stressful day ahead of you, being grateful will make the next challenge easier.

3. Set a daily goal

Goals do not have to be big every day. Just focus on what you do. Make a list of things you need to do and set yourself just one goal to achieve within 24 hours. Whatever it is. 

4. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up

It is the simplest, but at the same time the most important habit of the day. You will feel the benefits of water immediately. The body is hydrated, you have more energy and you will feel like you are releasing unnecessary tensions. 

5. Listen to something that makes you feel fixed the way you want to feel

While brushing your teeth you can put soothing music in the background. It could be Bach, Mozart or another of your favorites. You will feel better automatically.

6. Move the body

By exercising you will release the endrophy and consequently the stress you carry for various reasons. Exercise may not necessarily be fitness or walking. You can jump for a few minutes or run around the house as you get ready. We are not telling you that these habits will change your life, but you will feel as if by magic that things in your days are going well. 

No morning will seem more chaotic as before.
