4. "Before"
We already know that Billy Crystal can very well play the therapist in a comedy. He was the psychiatrist who helped cure the anxiety of the mobster played by Robert De Niro in Analyze This (1999) and Analyze That (2002). But this time, his role is more serious, as this psychological thriller will take a superhuman turn. He plays Eli Adler, a child psychologist who has just lost his wife (Judith Light). One of his patients is Noah (Jacob Jupe), a boy with a mysterious connection to Eli's past, which makes things pretty interesting.
5. "Shrinking"
Harrison Ford, albeit in a supporting role, continues to bring us some of the most comedic and ironic moments on television in this drama, which was named one of the best of 2023. He plays Paul, a therapist who works with Jimmy (Jason Segel). His unconventional approach has led to a case where a patient (Heidi Gardner) has pushed her husband off a cliff, so Paul has to visit her in prison. While dealing with Parkinson's disease, he also deals with his relationship with Julie (Wendie Malick) and tries to guide Jimmy from making bad choices.
