There is nothing wrong with wanting to change your body as there is nothing wrong with not going to the gym (as long as health is not in danger). To have feet and tanned hands you should not be exercising by doing squats with weights. It just needs persistent insistence. Below you find 10 effective exercises for the lower body muscles. You can do 1 set with 10 reps for each exercise, while the following can add the number of repetitions (15-20). From exercise to exercise, take a break at 20 seconds.
