The coastal city of Wilmington in North Carolina is expected to be hit soon by a powerful fourth-tier hurricane (out of a total of five), Florence. Officials have put the alarm warning that the situation is extremely severe. More than 1 million people have faced the toughest choice: to leave their home or to stay hoping for destiny.
The National Weather Service said that the hurricane Florence is a major threat, but despite the risk, a good part of the residents did not want to move. It is thought to cause landslides, heavy rains, floods, and power losses. So far, it is considered to be the most powerful hurricane in the last 30 years.
