Kris Jenner has been very honest about the plastic surgeries she has had over the years.
She began her journey with cosmetic surgery in the 1980s, when after the birth of her first four children: Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Rob Kardashian, she decided to have breast augmentation. Since then, she has continued with various treatments such as Botox, fillers and lasers.
In 2011, Kris had her first facelift by the same doctor who later performed Kylie Jenner's breast augmentation. In 2025, she underwent several cosmetic enhancements by a plastic surgeon in New York.
“You have to do what makes you feel good, first and foremost,” Kris said on an episode of Good Work in 2015.
"You can't do something because someone else wants to, and you have to do a lot of research on the doctor you choose."

Kris has revealed that she had breast augmentation surgery in the 1980s, after giving birth to her first four children with Robert Kardashian.
"I did it, after four children, because gravity does its job," she told Good Work.
After about 30 years, Kris felt that the implants had become large and felt heavy, especially after giving birth to Kendall and Kylie. She had them removed and smaller implants inserted.

In 2011, Kris underwent a facelift for the first time, allowing the Keeping Up with the Kardashians cameras to film the entire process.
“I was so stressed that morning,” she said, as Kim stood by her side to offer support. After the surgery, Kim told her, “Mom, you look amazing!”
Kris later said she had a lot of confidence in surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, who also performed Kylie's surgery.

In 2018, Kris also had an earlobe reduction procedure, which she also documented on KUWTK. She had always been concerned about the size of her ears.
The surgery lasted about 30 minutes and was performed by Dr. Jason B. Diamond in Beverly Hills. During the operation, Kim did not hold back her humorous comments.
Botox and fillers for maintenance

Kris has said that he has been getting Botox and fillers for years, and in 2019 he even made sure to give Botox coupons to family and friends.

Pelvic surgery in 2022

In 2022, Kris underwent serious surgery to intervene in his pelvic bones, due to severe pain that made it impossible for him to walk.

The new look in 2025
In May 2025, Kris surprised fans with her revamped look at a party, sparking much speculation.
PEOPLE confirmed that she had cosmetic enhancements by New York surgeon Dr. Steven Levine, who specializes in natural facial, breast and body surgeries.
He denied having had rhinoplasty.

Kris has always denied having her nose reshaped.
"I have the same nose I was born with, and so do my children," she said in 2015, although Khloé later admitted that she had the surgery in 2022.
