Alfio Rrotani may have revealed his romance on Instagram, following one of the viral trends "he/she doesn't know that...". Alfio has published a video of a blonde girl, where he writes "She still doesn't know that I'm the owner of the restaurant."

Alfio was previously married to Fatma Methasani. The former couple ended their marriage in November 2022, after 6 years together. They are parents to a son, Noah. He spoke during his stay on "BBVA 3" about the sensational divorce, saying that he suffered like an animal:
