According to Doloreza Rrapollari, an employee at the General Directorate of Civil Status, in her interview with “Vizioni i Pasdites” , Sara and Noel dominate the list of the most common names.
"The name Sara tops the list of names for girls. It also includes births of Albanians living outside Albania. For boys, the name Noel tops the list. During these 5 years, the names Sara have been chosen 8,562 times, while Noel, about 6,532 (if I'm not mistaken)," she said.
