Kim Kardashian testified in court almost nine years after the Paris robbery, where millions of dollars in jewelry were stolen.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star told a court on Monday that she feared she would be raped and killed during the horrific robbery that took place in 2016.
"He grabbed my legs and pulled me up. I was naked and every part of my body was exposed. It was certain to me that I was going to be raped," Kim testified.
Kardashian also testified that she thought her sister, Kourtney Kardashian, would return to the hotel and find her dead.

"I thought I would be dead in bed, shot to death, and that she would carry this memory forever," she said.
When Judge David De Pas asked her if she had feared for her life, Kim replied:
"Absolutely, I thought I was going to die."
In March this year it was reported that Kim, now 44, would return to Paris to testify, almost a decade after the armed robbery that took place in her Hôtel de Pourtalès hotel room.
“Ms. Kardashian is reserving her testimony for the court and jury and does not wish to provide further comment at this time,” her lawyers said.
The robbery took place in October 2016, when Kim, a mother of four, was in Paris for Fashion Week. She was staying at a hotel, wearing only a swimsuit, when gunmen posing as police officers entered her room, tied her up and locked her in a bathtub, before making off with $10 million worth of jewelry — including the $4 million wedding ring she had received from her then-husband, Kanye West.
In an interview with David Letterman in 2020, Kim recalled the moment when two robbers entered her room with the doorman, whom they had handcuffed.
“They were shouting in French and I just stood up – and they kept saying 'Ring. Ring,'” she recalled.
The Skims founder said she gave the robber the diamond ring, but then he grabbed it and pulled it towards him.
“I thought, ‘Okay, this is the moment. I’m going to be raped. It’s inevitable. Get ready,’” she recalled, moved. “Then they handcuffed me, tied me with plastic chains, and taped my mouth and eyes.”
Kim begged the kidnappers to spare her life for the sake of her children, husband, and family.

After they left, Kim managed to free himself and call for help. He was then taken into custody by French police and taken to Paris-Le Bourget airport, where he left the country on a private jet.
Ten people were arrested for the robbery, including the main organizer, Yunis Abbas. Police considered the incident an "inside job."
In a 2022 interview, Abbas showed no remorse for the crime and blamed Kim's extravagant social media posts as the reason for the robbery.
