"My sister-in-law said I had gone to 'eat' the family's

In the 9th episode of “The Dalina Show,” on Andale Media, a woman who chose to remain anonymous and used the pseudonym Alda, shared a story that many women can relate to. She spoke about her family life for 6 years in the same house with her in-laws, a choice that at first seemed natural and full of kindness, but which turned into a difficult emotional journey.

“I moved in with my in-laws when I was 30. It was a decision I made with all my heart. My husband is the youngest son and I thought that by living with them, they wouldn’t feel alone,” Alda confessed. But contrary to her expectations, she was not welcomed as a new part of the family. “Instead of a welcome, I encountered a coldness, a wall that made me feel like a stranger,” she said.

According to Alda, from the beginning, it was assumed that he had entered the house for interest. "They thought I was there to steal their money, not knowing that I had a very good job. Over time, they realized that not only was I not taking them, but I was also supporting and helping them."

The conflicts also worsened because of the sister-in-law - the husband's brother's wife. "She followed me on social networks, commented to my husband's parents about the clothes I wore, how much they cost... She thought their son was buying them for me, while I worked myself. She was afraid that she was losing the power she had in the house."

According to Alda, her relationship with her mother-in-law was not a problem at first, but outside influence made the situation complicated. "My mother-in-law is an extraordinary person. But she was influenced by the other guy's daughter-in-law. She was always close to her, went out for coffee with her and posted stories as if she wanted to make me jealous."

In fact, the relationship with her sister-in-law had reached the level of insecurity and open jealousy. "She sees me as a threat. She told me: 'You came here after me and you have to stay behind me.'"

Alda also expressed that there is a standard relationship between the two brothers, but there is a kind of silent rivalry, which is also reflected in the relationship between the wives. "Maybe because my husband turned out to be the best in their eyes. Maybe this has also created jealousy for our children. I don't want them to get involved with each other, but I try to bring them together."

However, despite everything, Alda said she has remained calm and patient. "I have continued things without hesitation. It took a lot of emotional sacrifice to get here."

At the end of the day, she says she has found true support in her mother-in-law and her husband. “He has always stood by me, told me not to pay attention to my sister-in-law’s actions, and has never left me alone.”

This is the story of a woman who decided to stand her ground, maintain balance, and build relationships – even when everything around her seemed to want to prove otherwise.
