Ne-Yo is not ashamed of his polyamorous lifestyle.
Posting on Instagram over the weekend, the "Miss Independent" singer introduced fans to the four girls he's currently in a relationship with, asking critics to "say something nice" or "move on" with their lives.
"Since the world is so intrigued, I think I should introduce my loves properly," he wrote in the caption.
The singer, 45, added that each girlfriend has a nickname - Cristina goes by "Pretty Baby", Moneii is "Phoenix Feather", Williams is "Sexy Lil' Somethin" and Hill "Twin Flame".
He closed his caption by writing: "We are very happy."
Although it's the first time Ne-Yo has publicly confirmed the status of his relationship with four girlfriends, he has previously shared photos and videos with all of them over the past month.
Three of them – Cristina, Moneii and Hill – even refer to each other as “wives” and have an Instagram account dedicated to their relationship with Ne-Yo.
Named @the.mrs.lefts, the account features photos of the three of them with Ne-Yo, partying together.
Meanwhile, Williams, who is one of Ne-Yo's backup dancers, has not posted with the other women, but only with the singer.
Ne-Yo previously defended his decision to be in a polyamorous relationship during a Feb. 20 interview on the "Rickey Smiley Morning Show."
"I'm not manipulating anyone, I'm not brainwashing anyone, I'm not lying to anyone," he said at the time. "That's the way it is. I like one, but I like the other, and the other and the other. If you're 'OK' with that, we'll have a great time," he added.
Before his polyamorous relationship, Ne-Yo was married to Crystal Renay from 2016 to 2022. The former couple have three children together.
He also has four other children with two different partners, for a total of seven children. Ne-Yo revealed that his children are aware of his relationship status.
